Coverage Details
- Pre-Tax and Post-Tax deferral options
- Company match is reviewed on an annual basis. For 2025, H+H will match $0.25 on the dollar with a maximum company contribution of $1,500 per year.
What It Costs
Associates can contribute a percentage of their earnings to the plan up to limits established by the Internal Revenue Service. This plan offers the flexibility to change deferrals at any time.
Eligibility
Associates are eligible to start Profit Sharing (401k) on the first of the month following their one year anniversary. You will be contacted via email to attend a Profit Sharing (401k) meeting prior to your anniversary.
