Spending time with your newly born or adopted family member is important. H+H provides paid parental bonding leave for both primary and secondary caregivers.
Coverage Details
- 2 weeks at 100% pay for primary caregivers
- 2 weeks at 100% pay for secondary caregivers
- Must be taken within the first year of birth or adoption
- No impact on PTO balance

Full-time associates with 60 days of service
60-day waiting period
